Production of a quality
product begins with good planning, so Race
Gear X will continually inform you of your
order progress.
We follow a system that
allows staff to pinpoint possible production
problems before they occur. This will ensure
your order is processed with professionalism
and perfection.
After an order is entered
into the production system, a delivery date
is calculated and a confirmation is sent to
the customer with in 72 hours of the order’s
arrival into the system.
Production of a new order
will not begin until the order has been
studied for all potential production
problems.
We require each production
phase to be completed by the system
calculated date.
Planning managers are in
constant contact with those in charge of the
various phases to reduce or prevent delays.
Customers are contacted and notified
when the stock is ready for dispatch.
