The ordering process is easy. It typically takes only 3 to 6 weeks to fully process an order in its entirety. Production of a quality product begins with good planning, so Race Gear X will work with you on your design layout and help you decide which style will suit your needs.
We follow a system that allows the staff to pinpoint any possible production problems before they occur. This will ensure your order is processed with professionalism and great detail.
To begin an order we need you to:
Decide on what style of shirt you need.(Polo, Hidden Snap, Crew Neck)
Choose a fabric from our range that best suites your needs. ( Micromesh, Interlock, Twill, Taslon, Lycra)
Gather all the logos you plan to use on your shirt. (or notify us if we need to create one for you)
Decide what colors you want to use in the design for your shirt.
Submit to us all the information you have collected and put it in a simple design brief and we will begin processing your order.

After an order is entered into the production system, a delivery date is calculated and sent to the customer. Production of a new order will not begin until the order has been studied for all potential production problems. We send each client a detailed Print Ready artwork template that includes the logos placement, size and colors used. This allows the client to study the graphics in great detail to avoid any issues.
We work closely with each client to determine specific colors requested, design preference and logo placement before the garment goes to production. Once each of these is approved by the client, the artwork goes into production where the fabric is dye sublimated, cut and sewn into the size ordered by the client. We provide our clients with a garment specification sheet of the style chosen to determine proper sizes required in the order.
Each order is eligible for a print proof garment at a minimal cost. So once a client has signed the approval of the graphic design, they can choose to have a sample printed (received in 2 weeks) before placing the full order; or they can go directly to print and receive the entire order within four weeks.
