We follow a system that allows the staff to pinpoint any possible production problems before they occur. This will ensure your order is processed with professionalism and perfection.
After an order is entered into the production system, a delivery date is calculated and sent to the customer. Production of a new order will not begin until the order has been studied for all potential production problems.
The designer for each order works closely with the client to determine specific colors requested, design preference and logo placement before the garment goes to production. Once each of these is approved by the client, the artwork goes into production so the material will be dye sublimated, cut and sewn into the size ordered by the client.
